Governance of the IRMS

Here you will find the IRMS's Annual Reports, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Executive Team Meeting Minutes, as well as our Articles of Association. The Articles of Association are the main set of rules for how the Society operates. The Standing Orders and our policies then support that in the day to day running of the Society. For example, in addition to the Articles and Standing Orders we also have policies on;

Our Articles of Association, Annual Reports and Role Specifications are all public documents, however you will need to be a member to see our AGM and Executive Team Meeting Minutes. If you are logged in as a member, these should appear below the annual reports. 

Our Code of Ethics:

In order to support the rules of the constitution and to make it clear the expectations and responsibilities placed on all our volunteers, we have developed and agreed in February 2019 a Code of Ethics. This code will support our volunteers in what they do and gives the Society a standard upon which to benchmark itself.
