What can we learn from Records Management within the University sector?
The session will focus on different aspects of records and information management within the wider higher education sector focusing on the challenges of user diversity within the University community, the wider compliance agenda and technological developments. This will be set in the context of strategic drivers, the need for academics to innovate and the changing work and learning environment in light of web 2.0 technologies.
