Knowledge management 2.0: KPMG's experience
KPMG Europe LLP is the largest integrated providers of audit, tax and advisory services in Europe. Our objective is to be the first choice for our clients and our people, wherever we operate. Our purpose is to turn knowledge into value for the benefit of our clients, our people, and the capital markets.
Ceri and Thore plan to talk about the use of new technologies available to support enterprise-wide knowledge sharing and a collaborative workforce, including our implementation of SharePoint 2007. We will discuss what we have learned to date and how we are planning to deal with challenges such as adoption, governance and measurement. There will be opportunity for the group to share their own experiences and contribute to some shared better practices in the use of some of the enabling technologies.
