So you want everyone in your organisation to cooperate with you, to follow your instructions and to comply with your Records Management programme. The Wellcome Trust, one of the worlds largest biomedical research charities has always produced huge amounts of paper records. In 2004 it moved into a prestigious new open plan building in Euston Road, London. Two years prior to that began a special initiative to reduce the paper and bring order and efficiency to lives of the scientists, academics and others who are responsible for managing grant giving programmes and activities.
This initiative has since taken on a life of its own and has become a regular annual event.
This presentation will show how it was done at the Wellcome Trust and how much fun was had in the process.
