We have also introduced an electronic document management system for our invoices.

My presentation will cover what we have done over the last year, by harnessing electronic document management to provide a platform for electronic invoice processing and authorisation;

I will cover the rationale behind our project; where we were; where we are and where we are moving to in terms of process efficiency and what I would have done differently with the benefit of hindsight.
