Michele Noad, Wiltshire County Council
Michele has spent much of her working life in customer facing roles, including a marketing and communication position within the Local Government Pension Scheme, before moving to her current role in the Corporate Information Management Unit at Wiltshire County Council. She has a great deal of experience in influencing others and uses her enthusiasm, persuasive communication skills and experience to achhieve success in raising the profile of many projects for which the customer had little interest beforehand. She is currently studying for her MSc in Records Management and Information Rights at Dundee University's distance learning course and enjoys all aspects of her studies (yes- even the essays!) She thrives on her current role as Information Architect within the team.
Hobbies - Experimenting with Nigella Lawson's recipes on her family and friends, swimming and, of course, any spare time is spent reading for her degree.
