Helen joined FM Image Management as Head of Service Delivery in 2004 where she was responsible for IT, Customer Services and Operations departments.
In 2005 Helen was made Head of IT when FM merged with Stortext managing the joint IT teams, systems and infrastructure. In 2007 Helen was promoted to Director of IT with.
Helen joined FM following a successful stint in the United States where she was responsible for establishing and managing an IT consultancy company delivering CRM solutions.
Prior to this Helen was Principal Application Consultant working for a UK based company on Siebel CRM technical projects throughout Europe.
Helen also has an MSc in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Leicester.
