Sarah Janes, The Security Company (International) Limited
Sarah Janes has been with TSC for four years and is now the Director of Operations. Over her time at TSC Sarah has worked closely with TSC’s customers to deliver i-wareness solutions, developed our product range and introduce processes for delivery. Sarah began her days at TSC as the first Project Manager; over her time here, she has worked with some of TSC’s largest clients to create and deliver awareness solutions. As the company has grown, Sarah has built a team of Project and Account Managers and the Communications Team.Sarah’s background and qualifications are in the field of Communications and Sarah provides consultancy services on the creation of communication strategies and programmes. Sarah’s studies have recently led her to researching and writing a paper on the effect of positive and negative reinforcement in communicating security policy and continues to research topics regarding effective behavioural change.Sarah is a regular contributor at SASIG – the security awareness special interest group. Which is a free forum for individuals interested in awareness to share ideas, opinions views and success stories about raising awareness in their organisations.Previous to working for TSC Sarah was the Security Awareness Manager at BT. Sarah’s unique position, having been a customer of TSC, and the many roles she has performed within the organisation, support her well in this role. “I am passionate about communications and how our work can really change behaviour as opposed to being a tick in the box solution.”
