Kate Knight is Head of Information Management Governance at HBOS plc. HBOS group's brands are diverse and include Bank of Scotland, Halifax, Insight Investment, Intelligent Finance, Sainsbury's Bank, Lex vehicle leasing, Clerical Medical, esure and Sheila's Wheels!
The role involves providing strategic direction, creating policy and performance measures, responding to proposed changes in regulation and legislation, increasing awareness throughout the enterprise and giving guidance on specific business challenges.
Kate previously managed Systems Improvement and Information Design units at Standard Life plc, before moving on to set up its Group Records Management function.
