Hermione Hague, McGrigors LLP Solicitors
Hermione Hague is a Senior Associate at McGrigors specialising in data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property and commercial contracts.
She has advised a number of key private sector clients on a broad range of data protection issues, including data security, data processing, cross border transfers of personal data and obtaining data protection consents. Previous to joining McGrigors, Hermione taught on the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, which was graded "Excellent" by the Law Society in 2004 and was responsible for co-ordinating the eCommerce elective.
Before going into teaching, she worked for a variety of new-media companies and was part of the award winning Technology Media and Telecommunications team at Hutchison 3G UK Limited for launching the new 3G mobile service, called 3. Whilst working in-house at 3, Turner Broadcasting and boo.com, she was responsible for IP, ecommerce and commercial matters.
She has also worked at Willoughby & Partners and Herbert Smith, where she completed her training.
