''The following toolkit has been put together using material created and supplied by members of the Local Government Group at a meeting on July 18th 2008.
The delegates split into four groups to consider the different aspects of managing paper records which are outlined in the toolkit. The objective of the meeting was to produce material which could be edited into a toolkit for publication on the Records Management Society website for use by members and others''
